Fiberglass Tooling & Mold Technician (Multiple positions available immediately)
SwimUSA Fiberglass Pools is actively looking to expand our Tooling and Mold Maintenance team! Training provided. We manufacture inground fiberglass swimming pool shells in Hammonton, New Jersey that are sold to pool contractors throughout the Northeast and surrounding areas.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Day Shift: Monday – Saturday 6:00am – 5:00pm (Spring/Summer) |Monday – Friday 6:00am – 3:00pm (Fall/Winter)
Hours: Typically 50 hours per week in Spring and Summer and 40 hours per week in Fall and Winter.
Breaks: 60-minute lunch break during shift with two 15-minute breaks.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma OR GED preferred.
Background check and drug test will be conducted prior to start.
Previous fiberglass manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
DESCRIPTION:
Various duties including, but not limited to, receiving and prepping molds for Granicoat/Gelcoat, buffing/waxing molds, repairing molds, assisting with the construction of new molds and/or mold repairs, inspecting molds for damage.
JOB TYPE:
Full-time and Part-time. Multiple positions available.
SALARY:
Based on experience.
