Pilot/Escort Driver (Multiple positions available immediately)
SwimUSA Fiberglass Pools is actively looking to hire additional pilot/escort drivers. We manufacture inground fiberglass swimming pools that are sold to contractors throughout New Jersey and surrounding areas. If you have previous pilot/escort experience, attention to detail AND have a great personality, we would love to speak with you.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Most delivery runs are during the hours of 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Occasional 2-day deliveries.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma OR GED preferred.
Background check and drug test will be conducted prior to start. Random drug testing throughout the year.
Valid driver’s license. Clean driving record. Ability to pass (company paid) escort drivers courses. Ability to read and follow all regulations regarding escorting.
DESCRIPTION:
Assist in the loading/unloading of pools from production to final delivery location. Read and follow state permits to safely escort drivers to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Escort wide load deliveries, monitor traffic, communicate with drivers about road conditions and obstacles, communicate with office staff with trip updates. Maintain vehicle cleanliness. Pass state certifications in all states that require it in the service area. Observe all safety rules and state law regulations. Report company vehicle maintenance issues to management.
